Installation Steps

1. Dig holes,hole size according to the projects,hole distance 5000mm,Fill the bottom to ensure that the bottom is equal height.

2. recast cement foundation,

*Pay attention to the distance of the anchor bolts, according to the size of the column and bottom plate, to ensure accuracy. We can also make a model of the same base plate for comparison. Anchor bolts exceed the cement foundation by about 200mm.

3.Installthe Column the nut on the anchor bolt can be adjusted up and down, and the level and height can be checked repeatedly to ensure that the concrete can be poured for for reinforcement.

4. Fix the M rail and module supporter with self-tapping screws.

5. Install Modules,fix the mid and end clamp assembly with self-tapping screws,the horizontal U water channel is press between modules.

6. Aluminum Cover plate is installed at the mid clamp assembly.
