Here are the installation steps for standing seam metal roof clamps:
1. Pre-assembled mid clamp and end clamp.
The end clamp has two holes, which can be used to install two different height panels (30 mm and 35 mm)
2. Follow the drawings to locate the installation points for standing seam metal roof clamps,and tighten the bolts to fix the clamp.
3. Install other standing seam metal roof clamps.
4. Fix the rail using M8*25 bolts and other fasteners.
5. Install other rails.
6. When the rails need to be joined, they should be fixed by using rail connectors.
7. Place mid clamp and end clamp on the rail.
8. Tighten the bolts to secure the solar panels and complete the installation.
